We have built several stand alone office units of our own design. These structures are being used for remote offices by Bulk Explosives at Suncor, Shaw Pipe, and several construction companies.

These particular units have a 400 gallon fresh water tank and a 420 gallon black water tank with a septic system on board. The 60 ft structure has 3 separate offices which are wired with CAT 5 cable for expanded phone and internet capabilities as well as a spacious bathroom with a macerating toilet.

This office is self contained with an Intertherm propane / natural Gas furnace and A/C unit.

These structures can be configured to any floor plan you can imagine.
