Our People


We have the BEST people this side of the Pecos and I can assure you that this did not happen by accident.


To find outstanding people, we had to act like we were having fun at our jobs (wasn't much of an act...), treat them with respect, pay them well and train the hail out of them.


For some reason, the hail never stays trained out of them for long, they always need more. ;-)
